Sizes

Zoe cup comes in three sizes. As if knowing your bra size wasn’t enough, now you have to know your vagina size?

Don’t panic, that’s why we’re here. Although you’d be well off with either menstrual cup size, we want to make sure you’re comfortable with your choice.

That’s why we offer two sizes (because not all vaginas are the same).

Zoe Cup needs emptying roughly 2-4 times daily and is safe for overnight use for up to 12 hours.

Easily track your flow by checking how much liquid your cup collects. Use the measuring lines on the cup's exterior to keep an eye on your flow and understand your unique rhythm.

How do I know my size?

When selecting your size, there are two primary factors that you should consider. Your flow and your Cervix size (We know not all of you like to insert a finger in your vagina to know if your Cervix is low or high and that is why we recommend this size by age, BUT if you do not mind is more accurate when measuring your Cervix)(Watch our video guide)

XS 

Suitable for teenagers who just got their first period.

Spotting: A drop or two of blood, not even requiring a sanitary pad though you may prefer to use one. 

You are virgin or have not started sexual life.

Very light bleeding: Needing to change a low-absorbency tampon or pad one or two times per day, though you may prefer to change them more frequently.

Small (Most frequent choice)

The perfect choice for beginners and menstruators who have a light to moderate blood flow during their cycle.

It can hold up to 20ml or up to the blood equivalent of 3 regular pads. 

You haven’t given birth.

You are between 15-35 years old.

Large

It is suitable for people who have already given birth (at any age)

High Cervix

Have a heavier blood flow during their cycle.

It can hold up to 25ml or up to the blood equivalent of 4 regular pads.

Note

If you're considering your options and realizing you haven't given birth, but you experience a heavy flow while having a low cervix, we strongly recommend choosing size S. With this size, you might need an additional emptying during the day to manage your flow.

On the other hand, if you opt for size L but your cervix sits slightly lower, you might experience some discomfort as the cup could be a bit long for your vagina.
